The DAT595 airless paint sprayer has a small lightweight body, making it easier to carry. 

Electronic Smart control 4.0
Equipped with an electronic microcomputer control system with electronic display, making this unit more accurate and stable. Complete with an advanced pump pressure regulation controller which accurately allows you to adjust the paint flow to avoid waste and dial in the correct spraying pressure.

Permanent Magnetic Brushless Motor
Compared with other sprayers, permanent magnetic brushless motors have advanced cooling systems, improving service life by more than 30%. The Smart controlled motor is able to regulate its speeding depending on environmental factors and operating conditions, thereby reducing the power dissipation. 

Efficient Heat dissipation Design
This machine uses advanced thermal design, with enhanced heat dissipation, thereby preventing overheating. This simple yet advanced cooling system keeps the machines performance stable under high load operations.

Low Failure Rates
DAT-595 paint sprayer uses higher quality imported core accessories, such as bearings, gears and stainless-steel pump bodies. These key hard-wearing parts ensure a more stable machine with lower failure rates.

High Material Saving at high application rates
The sprayer will automatically stop pumping once pressure set points have been reached, which reduces wear and tear of machine components. 

Excellent Performance
Small body but great power. High Atomization rates at exceptionally high application rates can be achieved due to the high-quality lower ends fitted to such sprayers.

Suited for most waterborne and Solvent borne coatings.

Not suited for textured coatings.
